SSSTikTok operates as an independent service provider under the safe harbor provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Because we do not store, host, or archive media files on our servers, we cannot directly delete videos from TikTok.

If you are a copyright owner and want to prevent users from parsing your public video link through our tools, please send an official notice to dmca@ssstiktok.us containing:
- Your full name, signature (physical or electronic), and contact details.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact, direct TikTok URLs you wish to block from our downloader.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
Compliant blocklists are updated within 48 hours to prevent future parsing of the flagged links.
3. Contact Data Processing Policy
